Ordering
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email. Confirmation with your order number, summary and payment info. If you do not receive your conformation email within 24 hours, check your email spam filter settings, or contact gaiaia.com, to ensure we have received your purchase request. Payment, Wholesale Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment through PayPal, as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
To become a wholesale customer, you are required to submit your Tax/VAT number under account information when you register for an account at gaiaia.com. We will also need a valid copy of your resale license sent via email at info@gaiaia.com. Once we have both your Tax/VAT number and resale license, you will be registered as a wholesale merchant. There is a minimum $50.00 purchase for our wholesale merchants. If your shopping cart registers a total less than $50.00, you will be unable to complete your transaction.
We occasionally host contests, promotions, or special sales. Details regarding these events can be found in the newsletters sent via email or on our site during the contest, promotional, or sale period.
Viewing Orders
To view the status of your order, log on to My Account and select the My Order link. If you have any questions regarding your order you may contact us at info@ gaiaia.com or (212)706-6024, Monday-Friday 10:00AM-3:00PM EST. Please have your order number available.
Updating Account Information
To manage/edit your account information, log on to the My Accounts link by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot Your Password? Link and enter your email address. A new password will be sent to you shortly.
